Fees & Policy

Our Fee Structure

Our office does not offer fixed-price packages or standardized fees
for immigration or naturalization procedures.

Immigration and nationality-related procedures in Japan require
case-by-case legal assessment, and the scope of work can vary significantly
depending on individual circumstances, documentation, and legal complexity.

For this reason, we apply the following fee structure.

Basic Fee (Retainer Fee)

A basic fee (retainer fee) is charged at the start of the engagement.

This fee covers, among others:

  • Review and organization of factual information

  • Legal assessment of eligibility and compliance

  • Confirmation and preparation of required documents

  • Preliminary legal judgment prior to filing

The indicative basic fee starts from approximately
JPY 50,000 (equivalent to around EUR 250 / USD 300).

Please note that exchange rates may vary.
The exact amount will be explained individually
after an initial review of your situation.

Success Fee

If the application is approved,
a success fee will be charged in addition to the basic fee.

The success fee reflects the responsibility assumed by the licensed
Gyoseishoshi (Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist)
in completing the procedure in accordance with Japanese law.

In Case of Non-Approval

If the application is not approved,
only the basic fee (retainer fee) will be charged.

This is because the legal review and preparatory work
have already been completed regardless of the final decision
made by the authorities.

Additional Fees

In some cases, additional work may be required, such as:

  • Requests for additional documents by administrative authorities

  • Complex factual verification or supplementary review

  • Preparation of translations or explanatory materials

If additional fees become necessary,
they will always be clearly explained in advance,
and no further work will be undertaken without your consent.

Our Policy (Important)

  • We do not provide outcome guarantees

  • We do not accept applications based on false or misleading information

  • Cases with very low legal feasibility may be declined

Our focus is not on speed or low cost,
but on lawful, transparent, and sustainable residence in Japan.

Final Confirmation of Fees

The final scope of work and fees
will always be clearly confirmed and agreed upon
before the engagement formally begins.
