This is the most common and most critical procedure for foreign residents already living in Japan.

We support individuals residing in Nordic countries

We do not act as a school placement or recruitment agency.
Applications based on non-genuine or formal-only enrollment will not be accepted.

3. Work-related Status of Residence

Work-related Immigration Procedures

We provide legal support for residence statuses
that allow foreign nationals to work in Japan.

  • Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services

  • Business Manager (only where a genuine and substantive business exists)

  • Other work-related statuses of residence

Applications intended solely for obtaining a visa,
or business plans without real substance, will not be accepted.

4. Family-based Status of Residence

Family-based Status of Residence

For individuals seeking to live in Japan based on family relationships,
we assist with procedures related to family-based residence status.

  • Spouse or Child of a Japanese National

  • Spouse or Child of a Permanent Resident

Careful confirmation of marital and living circumstances is required.

5. Permanent Residence

Permanent Residence

Permanent residence is considered
one long-term goal, available only to those who meet strict requirements after stable residence in Japan.

  • Legal review of eligibility

  • Preparation and organization of application documents

Not all applicants will qualify, and screening standards are rigorous.

6. Naturalization (Japanese Citizenship)

Naturalization (Japanese Citizenship)

This service relates to Japanese nationality acquisition under the Nationality Act, which is a procedure separate from immigration status.

must generally be submitted by the applicant personally.
